Rising Frames International Film Festival (RFIFF) provides film submission services and other festival-related services as announced through its official website.
1. Submission Fees
The applicable fee for each film category is displayed on the relevant category or submission page before payment.
Customers should review the category, eligibility requirements, submission deadline, and applicable fee before completing payment.
2. Currency and Payment Methods
Prices will be displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant payment process.
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider. Available payment methods depend on the provider’s configuration, approval, and availability.
3. Payment Confirmation
A submission payment is considered successful after it has been verified against the applicable transaction and submission records.
If an amount has been debited but confirmation has not appeared, contact support before attempting payment again.
4. Transaction Records
Customers should retain their payment confirmation and transaction reference until their submission has been confirmed.
The festival may retain relevant payment records for accounting, reconciliation, customer support, refunds, and legal compliance.
5. Submission Fee and Festival Results
The submission fee covers the applicable submission and evaluation process.
Payment does not guarantee selection, screening, an award, or any particular outcome.
